A Day at the Sauna
I spent my first day of the long Buddhish holiday with some friends at Poo’s Palm Sauna & Massage in Rawai, Phuket. This was my first time experiencing a sauna but — with the encouragement of new friends Jit and Joy — I soon overcame my discomfort of the heat and learned to more-or-less enjoy it. At least I was in good company (on a very rainy day) and it seems to have cleared up my cough!
